Every price here is for one flat size. Next to it you get the carpet area (the floor inside your walls, as RERA defines it), the super built-up area builders usually quote, and the month you get keys. Scroll the list and the plan shows where each project sits.

How to read these numbers
Carpet area
The floor you can lay a carpet on, inside the walls of your flat. Balconies are not counted. This is the figure RERA makes builders sell by.
Super built-up area
Carpet area plus walls, balcony and your share of the lift, lobby, stairs and clubhouse. In Ahmedabad it usually runs 35 to 45% above carpet.
What the price leaves out
GST at 5% on flats still being built, stamp duty at 4.9% and registration at 1%. Ready flats with a completion certificate carry no GST.
Keys month
The possession date the builder has filed with Gujarat RERA. If it slips, the RERA page for the project shows the revised date.
