Prices are before 18% GST on our fee. Venue rent, outfits, jewellery and alcohol are paid by the family directly and are not in any package.

From first call to the vidaai
Most families book six to eight months ahead. For October to February dates, earlier is safer.

We visit two or three venues with you and show a mood board for each function.
Vendors signed
Florist, caterer, sound and décor are booked. You get every contract and every bill.
The day
Our team is at the venue from 5 am with the run sheet. You look after your guests.
Questions families ask
Does the package price include food?
No. The caterer bills you per plate, usually ₹1,100 to ₹1,600 in Ahmedabad. We negotiate the menu and run the service, and the estimate above shows food as its own line so the total is honest.
How far ahead should we book?
Six to eight months for most dates. For October to February, and for Diamond or destination weddings, twelve months gives the best choice of venues. We have done weddings in eight weeks when the family was flexible on venue.
What if we cancel or move the date?
More than 90 days out, 70% of our planning fee is refunded. Inside 90 days, 50% is refunded and vendor deposits follow each vendor's contract. Moving to a new date within twelve months costs nothing extra from us.
Can we mix parts of different packages?
Yes. The packages are starting points. If you want Silver's guest count with Gold's florals and a sangeet, we price exactly that on the first call.
