Fill in your event date, city, and approximate guest count. We respond within 24 hours with a first call slot.

Common questions
We recommend booking at least 6–8 months before your event date, especially for peak season (October–February). For Diamond-tier events or destination weddings, 12 months gives us the best access to premium venues and vendors. That said, we've pulled off stunning events in 8 weeks — just ask.
Life happens. Cancellations more than 90 days before the event receive a 70% refund of the planning fee. Within 90 days, vendor deposits are non-refundable (as per vendor contracts), but our planning fee is 50% refundable. Rescheduling to a new date within 12 months incurs no additional XYZ Events fee — only vendor-specific charges may apply.
Absolutely. The three tiers are starting frameworks, not fixed menus. Every engagement gets a bespoke scoping call where we figure out exactly what you need — and price accordingly. If you want Silver-tier guest count but Gold-tier florals and a Diamond-tier team, we'll build that. The packages simply give you a reference point.
