Questions people ask before paying
What counts as an event?
Any action your app or server sends: a page view, a search, a payment. Identifying a user with identify() and updating their profile do not count.
How does GST work?
We add 18% GST to every invoice and show your GSTIN on it, so you can claim input tax credit. A ₹4,999 Growth month is ₹5,899 in total.
What happens if we go over our events?
Nothing breaks and no data is dropped. We email the workspace owner at 80% and 100%, and if you stay over for two months in a row we suggest the next plan. You decide.
Is there a trial on paid plans?
Growth and Scale have a 14-day trial with no card. When it ends you choose a plan or drop back to Free, and your data stays.
Can we move our history from another analytics tool?
Yes. Send us an export file and your onboarding engineer maps your old event names to new ones. Most teams are moved within a week.
Can we pay by UPI or bank transfer?
Monthly plans can be paid by UPI autopay or card. Annual plans can also be paid by NEFT or RTGS against a proforma invoice.
