Forty-eight rooms on eight acres of coffee.

XYZ Retreats is a working Arabica and Robusta estate on a bend of the Kaveri. Every room below was photographed as it is, on an ordinary morning, and every rate is the rate you pay.

The main bungalow and pool at 6:10 pm. The planters' house here was built in 1932; the rooms sit in the coffee behind it.

No two rooms share a wall with the dining room, and none of them face the car park.

What the photo does not show: the bathroom has a shower, not a tub. Rooms 1 to 8 are on the ground floor and hear the morning estate crew pass at 6:30.

Five hours by road from Bengaluru. The last forty minutes are through coffee.

Mysuru is 3 hours 20 minutes away. Kannur airport is 95 km; Mysuru airport is 120 km. We collect from either for ₹3,800 each way.
