5-axis CNC machining centres delivering tolerances to ±0.002 mm across complex geometries. Materials include SS 304/316, Titanium, Inconel 718 and Aluminium alloys. Capacity: 12 machines operating 24/7 across three production shifts.
6 kW fibre laser cutting with CNC press braking to 400T. Handles thickness 0.5 mm–25 mm in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and galvanised sheet. Short-run prototypes to full production volumes.
18 machines from 80T to 1,200T clamping force operating in a Class 10,000 clean room. Materials processed: ABS, PC, PP, POM, Nylon PA66. Shot weight range 2 g to 4,500 g for medical, automotive and consumer applications.
Electroless nickel, hard chrome, anodizing (Type II and III), powder coating, and zinc plating. All processes are RoHS and REACH compliant. Salt spray testing to 1,000+ hours conducted in-house before dispatch.
Class 100,000 clean room assembly with dedicated stations for torque, leak and functional testing. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and X-ray inspection available at every stage. Full traceability via batch and serial number.
Progressive dies up to 1,200T, plastic moulds, jigs and fixtures designed and built in-house. EDM wire cut and sinker capabilities. Hardened tool steel to HRC 62 for long-run production tooling.
Die casting in aluminium, zinc and magnesium alloys. Investment casting for complex near-net shapes. Drop forging capability across a weight range of 10 g to 500 kg. Secondary CNC machining performed in-house.
Zeiss CMM accurate to ±0.001 mm, structured-light 3D scanning, Rockwell and Vickers hardness testing, universal tensile machine (200 kN), and Q-Lab salt spray chamber rated to 2,000 hours continuous exposure.
